For the salad
- Boiled the green beans with 1/2 tsp salt for 15 min.
- Slice the zucchini, marinated with olive oil salt and pepper.
- Marinated the peppers with salt pepper and olive oil.
- Place the zucchini and the peppers in a baking tray. Bake at 190 c for 10 to 15 min.
- Boiled the egg for 8 min
For the dressing
- In a small mixer, pour all the ingredients and beat well until the mixture is homogenized.
How to serve
- Mix the green beans and the veggies with the 1/2 dressing. Place the salad in a plate, add the toppings and the rest of the dressing.
